Oh my goodness . . .
New Jersey is going crazy . . .
We are struggling to recover
from "Sandy" and look what
happened today !
SNOW SNOW SNOW
I could not believe it when I
went out to my car to drive home.
It is so pretty but sort of bad timing I would say - yikes.
Now I am a huge snow person, normally I would welcome
this but oh Lord we really did not need it this week.
But I am going to make the most of it.
I may put on my favorite boots
Andy my Olympic mittons
Maybe I'll get a little whimsey
And I'll praise You in this storm
And I will lift my hands
For You are who You are
No matter where I am
And every tear I've cried
You hold in Your hand
You never left my side
And though my heart is torn
I will praise You in this storm
Amen . . .

Maryellen, I didn't realize you lived in New Jersey! Oh my, we have been praying for all you that have been in the eye of the storm. We have watched all the news reports of the damage. So glad you weren't left homeless.
ReplyDeleteLove seeing all your pictures. Especially proud to see our Southern Baptist disaster relief team there. They have fed over 500, 000 meals a day in New York and New Jersey. We have a team from our area coming up in the next two weeks.
We will continue to pray for all the people there!
