2018 in Review

I started out January 2018 thinking about CHANGE

Referring to when things change that are hard and you don't like

But after a year I see that CHANGE can also be wonderful.

I successfully made some changes in my eating choices and
lost 12 lbs in 2018.  I have a way to go but this is great progress.
I am celebrating that victory.
