With Easter approaching I thought this
was beautiful

THE BUMMER LAMB
Every once in a while, an ewe will give birth to a lamb and reject it. There are many reasons she may do this. If the lamb is returned to the ewe, the mother may even kick the poor animal away. Once a ewe rejects one of her lambs, she will never change her mind.
These little lambs will hang their heads so low that it looks like something is wrong with its neck. Their spirit is broken.
These lambs are called “bummer lambs.” Unless the shepherd intervenes, that lamb will die, rejected and alone. So, do you know what the shepherd does?
He takes that rejected little one into his home, hand-feeds it and keep it warm by the fire. He will wrap it up with blankets and hold it to his chest so the bummer can hear his heartbeat. Once the lamb is strong enough, the shepherd will place it back in the field with the rest of the flock.
But that sheep never forgets how the shepherd cared for him when his mother rejected him. When the shepherd calls for the flock, guess who runs to him first?
That is right, the bummer sheep. He knows his voice intimately.
It is not that the bummer lamb is loved more, it just knows intimately the one who loves it.
It's not that it is loved more, it just believes it because it has experienced that love one on one.
So many of us are bummer lambs, rejected and broken. But He is the good Shepherd. He cares for our every need and holds us close to His heart so we can hear His heartbeat.
We may be broken but we are deeply loved by the Shepherd.
The Lord is MY shepherd... I’m a bummer lamb.

Time line - 7 years ago
My what a difference from today.

ALOHA

I can see now one reason why I went
through the hair loss trial.
I would not have known my
vitamin levels were so low.
B-12, Iron & Vit D almost
none existent.   These vitamins
are so critical due to this virus and
keeping a good immune system.
I have been taking doses since Oct.
So my levels are all really good.

My hair has grown back and since
I no longer feel safe to dye it I
get to see my natural color and
it isn't bad.

This was my hair loss hair cut
in October 2019

My hair as of today May 3rd 2020

I remember feeling like it would never grow back.
I remember begging the Lord not to take my hair.
I remember crying and cringing every time I
looked in the mirror. I remember not feeling like
I recognized myself.  I remember feeling guilty
that I had the nerve to be upset because I
was so blessed that I didn't have cancer
hair loss and had no right to complain.

While all along God knew I needed to
find out and bump up my vitamin levels.

He is faithful !

This is just the cutest photo of my little
Percy Samuel Azarian !

I learned this from Community Church GA

Jesus said I am the resurrection. πŸ’“
He resurrects from fear to peace.🌺
He resurrects from discouragement to hope 🌈
He resurrects from tears to dancing 🎢
He resurrects from ashes to beauty 🌹
He resurrects from sadness to joy πŸ˜ƒ
He resurrects from weakness to strengthπŸ’ͺ
He resurrects from doubt to belief πŸ’œ
He resurrects from death to life. πŸ‘‘

I love this so much !

With this pandemic there are times I get discouraged, frustrated
and just plain sick of this.  Then I remember people who have
suffered much and endured.

I think of Corrie Ten Boom

The horror she and her family endured.
And not just for a short time.
I think of sweet young Anne Frank
Just 15 when she died.
Then I cannot complain
How blessed I am Lord

Both these songs lyrics bring such comfort and strength.

By your Spirit I will rise
from the ashes of defeat
The resurrection KING
is resurrecting me !

"There is another in the fire standing next to me"
"There is another in the waters holding back the seas"
"There is a grave that holds no body now that power lives in me"

I'm still a POOH girl xoxo

It's that time again to ALWAYS REMEMBER 🌹
All my dear in-laws

Then this happened

Was shopping at Stop & Shop. Down the card isle.
I notice a whole section of cards empty. Guess what section?
SYMPATHY cards.
I just stood there with tears running down my mask.
So telling. I pray for all the folks who had to receive
those cards. And thanked God we have been spared. 😒

A good time to learn these lessons

Lord, help us change our typical reactions to hard situations.
Let all that begs us to be impatient birth patience in us.
Let those things that beg us to be angry birth gentleness in us.
Let everything that begs us to be afraid birth courage in us.
We don't want to stay the same. Lysa TerKeurst

My happy place St Simons Island xoxoxo

That is a wrap for April

So thankful for good health
So thankful for a job
So thankful for a job where I can work from home & be safe
So thankful for having all we need and even more
So thankful for a healthy family
So thankful for JESUS πŸ’“

Praying for better days ahead for our World.

March 2020

We made it through Winter and heading into Spring.
Little did I know what was ahead for us.

Corona Virus

We had a trip to Georgia planned to complete our
investigating for retirement that was cancelled
last fall due to a hurricane.  Now the trip is
cancelled due to this horrible virus.

This is a hard scary time.  So thankful for the Lord !

Without Him I would be a basket case.

My Judah loves πŸ’“ his Mom and brings me much comfort as well.

Guess who had a birthday and turned 5 ?

 My Judah πŸ’“πŸŽˆπŸŽ‰πŸ°

As the news gets more frightening and more people lose
lives due to this virus - I am hanging on to the hem of
Jesus robe.  πŸ™

Cuddle Bug !🐞

Trying to focus on the good things we still
have.  I have been working from home and
am so thankful that I can maintain my job
safely.  So grateful to co-workers who have
to be in the warehouse and take the risk.

I have been watching 3 church services and
growing in the Lord.

Cleveland Baptist in TN
Pastor Jordan ~ this young man is great !

They have an awesome worship team
They do a daily service during this pandemic
It has been such a light & encouragement

Community Church in St Simons GA
Pastor Dave ~ another great pastor
I want to be a part of this church so bad
Praying it is in the Lord's plan for our retirement

Maranatha in Paramus NJ our church
Pastor Jan has done a fantastic job
of encouraging, strengthening and lifting
our spirits during this hard hard time

Patsy Clairmont said it this way, “Hope doesn’t announce
that life is safe, therefore, we will be; instead,
it whispers that Christ is our safety in the midst of harsh reality.”

The boys are so enjoying having us house bound with them.
More window time  πŸ˜€

Love this ~ God always WINS !

Love the song:  I'm gonna see a VICTORY
for the battle belongs to the Lord !

Judah Victor Azarian you are so REGAL

I couldn't wait for this move to come out and now the
theaters are closed.  Thankful they put it on pay per view

What FAITH ~ these two young people had !

That's a wrap for March.

Being house bound not much to post.

But so grateful to be well.
