First stop was Cracker Barrel for
breakfast - then Hobby Lobby
for shopping.
Every time we go to Hobby Lobby
I have loved this Big Red Button.
I haven't wanted to pay full price
for it and today it was on sale !
Picked up other cute PINK items for my desk.
And hubby got a nice basket 60% off to help him
organize his work area ~ fingers crossed xxx hah
Then we went to Hyde Park to visit his cousins
Mitch & Donna. We sat out and chatted for a while
then headed for a bite at River Station Restaurant
in Poughkeepsie NY.
The view from the restaurant is beautiful
Mediterranean Salad
Fresh made hummus atop fresh romaine hearts
garnished with roasted peppers, artichoke
hearts & black olives finished with lemon-cumin
vinaigrette garnished with pita wedges
They had samples of their soups.
I tried the New England Clam Chowder
it was really good. Hubby tried the
soup with Lobster of course. hah
He loved it so much he ordered it
for lunch.
Thankful for a blessed safe weekend.
