Facebook's Too Good Too Forget's

So often when I'm cruising facebook
I come across quotes or photos that I just love.
Something about them touches me.
Makes me smile, makes me cry, makes me think,
convicts me, encourages me.

I decided to collect some of them and post them
to my blog so when I put together my blog book
I will have them forever.

These will be totally random, here we go !

Reminds me of my hubby, Gary
No he is not a lobster hah
But it is one of his very favorite foods

Since we have been married he has collected
lobster nick knacks.  Here is his lobster shelf. hah

I just love Ice Cream !
This is definately on my bucket list hah
Loved the meaning of this photo.
May my jeans always be ripped from
being on my knees in prayer . . .

Reminds me of our friend Karine.
She loves hot air balloons.
They are so beautiful.

always . . .

Wow this one really made me think.
So important to make each day count.

A Godly wife . . .

My hubby . . .

Oh yes . . .

This one just reminds me of my
"Girlfriends"
I am blessed to have many . . .

Mother Teresa . . . pure humility

Love this verse being an anxiety suffer.

Who me worry?

Count on it

WOW !

The light of the World.
He is my light.
Is here yours?

I love old antiques.
This just caught my eye.
This would go perfect in my "red" kitchen.
Which by the way use to be PINK, until hubby moved in.
In fact every room was PINK until hubby moved in hah
I remember the first time he came to my apartment when we were
dating, he said, "This is the most "girlish" apartment I've ever seen. hah

Perfect for my Abundant Blessings Blog

Oh how I wish our leaders would wake up and realize this.

Anyone who believes in me may come and drink! For the Scriptures declare, 'Rivers of living water will flow from his heart.'"  John 7:38

I enjoy a rainy day . . .

I fell completely in love with this idea.
I am hoping to find some old aprons and do this!

Hubby loves cats!
I'm a dog person but this kitty
is just precious.
Can you believe those eyes !

No, dear brothers and sisters, I have not achieved it, but I focus on this one thing: Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead.  Philippians 3:13

How beautiful is this.
Someone has a green thumb.

Our purpose for living . . .
Who doesn't remember doing this as a child.
Pure delight !
Never forget  . . .

This reminded me so much of me and my hubby.
He is the City Mouse, Bronx NY and I am the Country Mouse, suburbs NJ.
I have always wanted to live in the country.
Who does God bring into my life - a city boy. LOL

So true  . . .

This remind me of my mother-in-law Mary.
She is a real inspiration.
She is 85 and going strong.
Living life to the full.
Never stops, never complains.

Thankful for this . . .

Such a huge difference isn't there?

For my love of dogs.
This just cracked me up.

But Jesus said, "Let the children come to me. Don't stop them! For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to those who are like these children."  Matthew 19:14

This just touches my heart seeing these precious children worshiping God.

This sure goes against our
"entitlement" generation.

Love all the names of God.

Never forget in the dark what you know in the light.
If you can't trace his hand, trust his heart.

I am the way, the truth, the life

“If the world hates you, remember that it hated me first.  The world would love you as one of its own if you belonged to it, but you are no longer part of the world. I chose you to come out of the world, so it hates you.  John 15:18-19

Make a bridge.

This makes my heart smile.
Just so precious . . .

Oh Lord, help me to be ever mindful of my
Words, Moments & Time  . . .

I love these photo's of Jesus being right with us in life.

In business

As our healer
 Giving us wisdom

This is an amazing photo that the little boy
described what Jesus looked like to an artist from the book,
Heaven Is For Real
I wonder if this is what Jesus will really look like?
Soon and very soon we'll know.

Now we see things imperfectly, like puzzling reflections in a mirror, but then we will see everything with perfect clarity. All that I know now is partial and incomplete, but then I will know everything completely, just as God now knows me completely. 1 Cor 13:12

I love this laughing photo of Jesus

I have this painting in my house.
I purchased it when I was very, very down
struggling with my "singleness"
I so needed to be comforted by Jesus.
And he always did.

What a friend we have in Jesus

This is how I often feel at work.
Made me smile.

It's all about attitude . . .

Good question

This so went with Kirk Cameron's
marriage conference.
You need a heart change to build a wonderful marriage.

Joy of the Lord is my strength . . .

"I am leaving you with a gift--peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don't be troubled or afraid.  John 14:27

Relinquish all . . .

Another perfect verse for an anxiety sufferer.

This just made my day.
I could hardly stop laughing.

I love Winnie the Pooh . . .
what dear sweet sayings . . .

So important to KNOW

This is something I am just learning at 52 years old.
God is working this into my life with a difficult and
every changing work environment.
Not an easy lesson for an A-type anal personality hah

So thankful for this truth. . .

Personal letter to me from God.

Never forget to give God the Glory.

Morning has broken, like the first morning
Blackbird has spoken, like the first bird
Praise for the singing, praise for the morning
Praise for the springing fresh from the word

Sweet the rain's new fall, sunlit from heaven
Like the first dew fall, on the first grass
Praise for the sweetness of the wet garden
Sprung in completeness where his feet pass

Mine is the sunlight, mine is the morning
Born of the one light, Eden saw play
Praise with elation, praise every morning
God's recreation of the new day

Much easier to say then do,
but nothing is impossible with God

My favorite flower - peony

Colorado - love it
Love the mountains
Love the snow
Kinda of hoping Heaven looks like Colorado hah

Thank God I'm a country girl

Isn't praise just the best part of the day

Not one tear is ever lost with our Father

Love this

More peonies . . .

Let everything that has breath praise the LORD. Psalm 150:6

Love Lysa Terkeurst, did a wonderful study of hers.

My prayer

It's a promise

Our previous Pastor use to sing this song.
He has a wonderful voice.

No eye has seen and no ear has heard
And no mind has ever conceived
The glorious things that You have prepared
For every one who has believed
You brought us near and You called us Your own
And made us joint heirs with Your Son

How high and how wide
How deep and how long
How sweet and how strong is Your love
How lavish Your grace
How faithful Your ways
How great is Your love, O Lord

Objects of mercy who should have known wrath
We’re filled with unspeakable joy
Riches of wisdom, unsearchable wealth
And the wonder of knowing Your voice
You are our treasure and our great reward
Our hope and our glorious King

We are a child of the KING !

I love this.
East coast girls are not born with
a quiet gentleness.
I use to so envy you southern gals.
Even your accents sound so gentle compared
to ours hah
But with the Lord I too can be gentle.

My dear friend from church, Karen
had this same dog. Sweet Willow was her name.
Karen lead our bible study at her house and one time
we were praying and Willow climbed up on top of
me and wrapped her big old paw's around me.
I could not help but burst out laughing.
Everyone opened their eyes and cracked up.
We miss you sweet Willow.
Karen has this photo hanging in her home.

Forever . . .

God's mercies are new every morning.

You stood before creation
Eternity within Your hand
You spoke the earth into motion
My soul now to stand

You stood before my failure
Carried the Cross for my shame
My sin weighed upon Your shoulders
My soul now to stand

So what can I say
What can I do
But offer this heart O God
Completely to You

So I'll walk upon salvation
Your Spirit alive in me
This life to declare Your promise
My soul now to stand

So what can I say
What can I do
But offer this heart O God
Completely to You

So I'll stand
With arms high and heart abandoned
In awe of the One who gave it all

So I'll stand
My soul Lord to You surrendered
All I am is Yours

Believe . . .

Thought this was a great one to end my post !
